		<description>Of course it would be better to get a Bachelor&#039;s degree.  Associates Degrees are really meant to be a stepping stone to a further education and not as an end to themselves.  That is why Universities don&#039;t grant the AA or AS degree.  Instead, they give a different label to people who leave after two years -- College Dropouts.
Look at the link below.  From it you can see that people with an AA only make 3/4 what people with a BA or BS make.  You can also see that their unemployment rates are 50% higher.
What you can&#039;t see is that the people with a Bachelor&#039;s Degree are happier in their work.
Stay in school.</description>
