What is the average salary range of the following medical fields?

I want to be a doctor, i would have to say im pretty bright and catch on quickly, and im trying to ensure that when im older, my kids have a great life where money is never something to worry about. so whats the average salary range of these fields?:
Surgery (if it matters from general to specific like only brain surgery or only heart, let me know please)
Radiology
Toxicology
medicine (treatments, prescriptions, vaccination shots, anything thats not invasive)
Private Physician
Specified field
Dentistry

If you have any information about any of these, maybe a description or the actual salary range, or even a website that answers my questions, ill take any help i can get
