hi! i would like to know where can i go to become an ultrasound technician. I’m having trouble finding the program around my area. I live in New York but so far I’ve found two institutions. Where else can i look for.Thanks.

Below is a list of ACCREDIT programs. I am not sure how close they are to NYC (I am in CA). Do not waste your time or money on a NON-accredited program. Upon completion of such a program, you cannot take your licensing exams until you have worked full time for a full year in the field of ultrasound. Trouble is this….you will have a hard time getting a job without your license. These programs put you between a rock and a hard place.
