]]> I love the medical field and want to be a nurse, but I can’t handle the 4 years of schooling that it will take me, as I am a single mom, and just don’t have it in me to invest that much time into schooling. How many years do you have to study in college and med school? How many years do you need in order to get your License by doing your Residency?

]]> I’m currently living in Cincinnati and in a years time will most likely be moving to LA with my boyfriend. I’m currently in school to be an MRI Technician (as a sort of last resort back-up plan), and I’m currently a waitress and an aspiring actress. He is in school for electrical engineering. Obviously, we’re young and we really enjoy nightlife and an upbeat area and have no intentions of having children in the next few years. So, does anyone have any recommendations on neighborhoods/areas that would be good and leaning on the inexpensive side?
Just to add on… I understand that living in LA is expensive, especially compared to Cincinnati, etc. When I say inexpensive, I mean nothing too outrageous. I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars when I can’t afford that. I’m not even sure what a waitress usually averages in LA. I know what it averages in Cincinnati, and it pays the bills.
