Can anyone tell me anything about a career as a radiologist technologsit?

Ever since I graduated high school in May of last year, I’ve had a hard time deciding what career path I want to take! But lately I have developed an interest in radiology. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the what being a radiology technologist entails, what is the anual salary starting out? Is this job in high demand?! Any information is helpful.

I have been unemployed for two years now. I have received plenty of emails regarding jobs, many I know right off the bat are scams. This one I think may be a scam, however they sound very legit. Can someone please help me decided if this company is real or not? I need employment, and this sound like a great opportunity. But I would like verification that I am not doing something illegal.

Your duties are:

* To receive payments from our customers which are mainly in form of
checks (only U.S. emitted checks, no international checks will be sent to
you; All check will be written in your name);
* Cashing the checks using your existing bank account; Do not use
checks-cashing stores, they charge too much, sometimes even 10% of the total
value of the checks.
* Forwarding as a ”money in minutes” by Western Union, we will pay
all money transfer fees after you will deduct your 10% commission from each
order you process.

Your benefits are:

* Commissions: 10% from each check your will process in the first
month.
* Salary: within one month after receiving the first check you will
receive ,000 as fixed salary.

This is a commission based job, the faster you process orders the more your
income will increase. This bonus is given to also cover internet, phone or

Can someone tell me the difference between an Ultrasound Technician and a Radiologist?

I really want to be a Veterinarian Technician but my other choice is an Ultrasound Technician. I have been looking and I am having a hard time finding a school around me that offers an Ultrasound Technician program, however, there are schools for radiology. Can someone tell me if there is a difference between radiologists and ultrasound technicians?

I probably have about 24,000 out in subsidized and unsubsidized loans. I know want to just start over and go to a technical school for 23 months and get a license for radiology technology. Do you think there will be enough left for me to pay for the program and live off of? I am a single mom. Not sure if that matters as far as the amount I can borrow ultimately.

Here’s my scenario. Tell me what would you do if you were me?

So yesterday I worked my tell off (Radiology) because we were super busy. I barely had time to order a pizza from Dominoes. So I ordered a large pepperoni and extra cheese. I had like four slices left which I had intended to eat today for lunch or so I thought? ( o _ 0 )

I put my name on the box in bold black magic marker and stuck it in the refrigerator. This was midnight. Today as soon as I get to work I’m off and running. Again I barely have enough time to eat. So finally I get a break and head to the frig. I open the box and there’s only one slice?! ( o _ 0 ) I’m like “WHAT?! @!$*& WHO THE !@#$&* ATE MY SLICES?!

I’m still ticked! ( o _ 0 ) I was thinking of eating everything in the frig that didn’t belong to me! ( ^ _ ^ ) Dude. I’m still hungry!

Well today I had to go in for an observation in a doc. office for a MA job and it was between me and this other girl who in the end decided on hiring her . Well we both dont have degrees.. it was just general work for a doctor. But I just feel horrible because they picked her over me. I am going to school for radiology and they did x-rays on ppl’s feet and stuff. The other girl was a pre-med student and had had a little experience “watching” surgeries in high school in a program they had. I just dont think that it was really fair. They told me that they hired her because she had more medical experience than me. I wore scrubs and everything, I was early to get there and the other girl was late. I just dont understand. Do you REALLY think that things happen for a reason and that maybe that job really wasn’t for me and wouldn’t have worked out?
