What are some good schools for an Associates Degree in Sonography or Ultrasound Technology in Florida?

I live in Titusville and just recently graduated high school, Im looking for a career as a Ultrasound Technician. Can anyone help me find some good school i can look into attending to get my Associates Degree? Radiology Technician Schools

how long does it take to become an ultrasound tech. I am interested in doing fetal ultrasounds..can you specialize in this area alone!?..how long does it take to do the course to be licensed to do this? cost?..and how much do fetal ultrasound techs get paid a year aprox. Anything you know regarding this please let me know.

Ultrasound Technician/Medical Sonography?

I read some answers but wanted to ask more since i feel i’ve “wasted” a few semesters on stuff that wont apply.
Copied from the program im looking at and what is required to get in…

A 2 year degree/certificate in a patient care related field such as Radiography, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or Physical Therapy;
or
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

So does that mean my A.A is useless in applying here? and that from all my research i only found out that you can get 1 year certification or 2-4 year degrees in ultrasonography but they always said pre-requisites were none but in order to apply to this program i need prior “health” degrees
Is this true of all accredited programs because if it is (and since they have student limits) I might just try for Radiologic technologist instead
I dont want to do another 4 years (2 min for requirements and 2 for the applied science) for what would technically get me 3 associate degrees

My A.A is just an associative arts (just some transferrable credits and electives)
from what i could tell caahep brought up 1 University of Colorado and then i found another at Community college which is what i posted lol and thats all i found (live in colorado fyi)
If there are online programs I dont think its something i would prefer doing but it might be an option

Where can one learn to be an ultrasound tech, (sonography) in the Triangle NC?

I am currently a pre-RAD student in Raleigh NC and have decided to move towards sonography. I want to start as an ultrasound tech and learn other certifications later. I know JCC offers this program, but it’s an hour away. I’ve heard the same program is offered by a Durham school. All of my internet searches have come up void. Does anyone know of a physical school, (not online) offering this program in the Triangle area? Thanks for your help!

Ultrasound Sonography Schooling in CA????

I am interested in applying for school to be an ultrasound sonographer in California. I have completed most of my basic prereqs. to transfer to state. However, most schools I find are tech schools and I would prefer to get my certification with a Bachelor of science. Has anyone taken this route or know anything on the subject? I’ve talked with a school counselor who was pretty much a waste of my time.

I’m having a hard time trying to figure out what to do with my life. I know I really only want to spend 2 years in college but, I’ll spend 4 if I have to. Which career is better, Radiology or Sonography? Is there really a difference? Can one do the other? Which has the higher salary? Please only people who do either for a living answer. No one with an “educated guess”.

What is the difference between Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Ultrasound technician?

I’m interested in being an ultrasound technician, but it seems it may also be called diagnostic medical sonography? I’ve been trying google but it’s confusing me. So whats the difference?

Also, any tips to get started in that field? i’ve been looking up ultrasound tech schools, would i just enroll in that after i get my A.A.?
Ok thank you! So I would just do general, cardiac or vascular?
