]]> Due to company negligence (clear) injured at work. Only getting about 65% of base salary through workmens comp. Company short term disability no real help, only covers 66% and that is about what i get from workmens. Presently getting Therapy trying to avert surgery for shoulder injury (MRI confirmed)…How and how and can i go after the 35% that i dont received due to someones negligence. I live in Texas

]]> It was just a one off seizure and apparently 1 in 20 people will have one. I have not had another since. Does anyone know when i can have my licence back?
I sent everything off to the DVLA including my reports from consultants but have not heard anything back!
I want my independance back.
