Should I Go For The Radiation Therapy Program Or The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program?
Which job seems better overall in terms of stress levels, pay, and the difficulty of the training program?

In general, radiation therapy pays more (but this may be different where you live). Both can be stressful (radiation: getting attached to patients who die); sonography: (discovering fatal problems). I highly suggest that you job shadow in both areas.

Don’t think about pay. Do what ever you think you will enjoy the most and what will be the lest stressful. You will not carry out your job effectively if you hate it or are under too much stress. If you like your job it will come naturally and you will do it well. Good Luck!
