Hospitals and clinics often don’t advertise in papers for radiographers because many applicants don’t understand that there are educational requiremants that must be met and that we must take the ARRT exam. I have fielded many of the “but I’m a quick learner” calls. Believe me, there are jobs out there, but you may have to take what’s available until you get the offer you really want. Stay flexible, you may decide you like working an “off-shift.” I have been working weekends and loving it for 9 years. I have also been teaching part-time for 2 years.

CT and MRI can be learned on the job after you become a registered RT. It doesn’t really take that long.
