I Am Looking To Go To An Accredited School For Mri Tech?

would this be a good career choice. Im really stuck on if i should go or not. They say there are a lot of jobs out there for it and that pay is good. Also they used to require xray tech first then to cross train but things have changed now and armrit has backed up mri techs, so u dont need that no more. Just wondering if neone noes nething about these jobs and if its a good choice to go into.

    If you are not already a radiologic technologist, I would not even consider going to a MRI school. Most employers want to hire someone who can do more than just MRI. This would mean it could be hard to get a job if you cannot do x-ray or CT scanning, for example. You could not do either of these modalities without your RT license.
