Can Someone Help??? I Want To Get An Assoc. For Diagnostic Medical Sonographers/ultrasound Tech.?

I live in New Orleans and the only 2 schools that are accredited only offer a certificate program. Does anyone know if these schools can or might let me go for an associates? If not, how much does a Ultrasound Tech make starting out at a job with a certificate???? Thanks

    I don’t think certificate vs. associate makes any difference. The important thing is that the school is accredited. Contact the schools to ask if you can get a degree.

    You won’t get as much money with a certificate, and there won’t be that many job opportunities with your certificate. The salary is also a lot lower.
